I hope everyone has had a fabulous week! I wanted to blog this wedding since it's a fresh new start to the week and since their wedding was on June 18. Their wedding was so intimate and perfect. It was so sweet and I honestly loved every second of it. I loved their story that they shared with me, so be sure to follow along and I'll finish with the pictures from their spectacular day! <3
Nolan and Courtney knew one another for a few of years before they started dating. They were from rival high schools, but had a great number of mutual friends. He asked Courtney to prom in 2009 and she turned him down. In 2010 they ended up at the same concert at the Heart of Texas Fair and Rodeo. That was literally where it all began. I am so excited for Courtney and Nolan and hope their life together is so sweet and full of joy and happiness. Now, a little bit about what Courtney envisioned for her wedding.
Courtney wanted the wedding to be elegant, classy, and simple. I think they totally nailed it and it was just so beautiful. Courtney went with blush and black for her colors and really used the blush mostly for the floral arrangements and decor. She also added in a little silver accents and everyone agrees that it turned out perfect and just what she had in mind. Her dress was from Allure Bridals. She got it at LuLu's in Dallas. It was the very first dress she tried on, and she said she kept going back to it so she knew it was "the one." Bloomingals did a great job on the flowers. Her glam team consisted of Tara Waggener (hair) and Samantha Woods (makeup) made her and her girls all look and feel fabulous. Karen at Posh Events was her wedding planner. She made everything look so perfect and go so smoothly. A shout out to Karen and her team for making this evening so fantastic, as always!
