Where do I start with these two?!? They are absolutely fab! Lindsey has always joked with me that they look awkward in photos, but I definitely beg to differ, and I’ll bet all of you do too! These two are an absolutely beautiful couple. The settings at the Japanese Botanical Gardens in Fort Worth provided an amazing and beautiful surrounding, and the day went beautifully for all involved. These two are a true case of absence making the heart grow fonder; one was from Baylor, and the other attended University of Texas. Fast forward and they are happily engaged, and we are very excited to be shooting their big day next year, congrats Lindsey and Quinn!
Chandler & Brian are Married! | Waco TX Wedding Photographer
A few months ago I received a call about shooting Chandler and Brian’s wedding. I felt obligated to explain to his mom that I was going to be about 9 months pregnant, just to be sure that was okay with them for me to be shooting the wedding. I must say that she was absolutely the sweetest woman ever, and said that pregnant or not, they wanted me to shoot it. When I first met Chandler, we instantly clicked. She was up for anything and everything, which made for a great photo shooting experience. Her mother and her friend Katrina joined us that day, and we hit a few of my favorite locations to shoot. I cannot tell you the number of times that car horns were honking for this beautiful girl! Her wedding took place in the back yard of a family friend. This was no typical backyard though! Chandler and Brian were surrounded at sunset with all of their closest friends and family members. We met up a few days after the wedding to have a day after shoot, which went marvelous as well. I always recommend this type of session for couples that want to wait to see each other before their wedding. Doing the day after shoots is a great way for couples to not be so stressed about getting great couple photos and worry about making their guests wait at the reception for them!

Trista and I have the pleasure of working together at the Dwyer Group. As soon as I saw that she was engaged, I knew that I had to shoot her wedding! Trista is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. I loved the decor of this wedding, it was rustic, but at the same time vibrant. There’s just something that clicks with these two. You can tell they are absolutely in love, and the event was nothing short of amazing! From the jeans to the boots, this was one wedding not to miss! We sincerely would like to thank Trista and Brandon for letting us be a part of their very special day. Congratulations and we wish you the best!

Where do I start with these two? They are just so much fun! Kris and I both went down to Greene, Texas to shoot their session. Greene holds a special place in the hearts of both Roy and Shelly. Greene is where they had gotten engaged. It’s a great little town, and I’m sure it must have been a magical day when they got engaged. There was surely not a lack of locations to shoot in this town, and I imagine I could have taken them around for 3 days straight finding wonderful and unique locations to shoot their engagement photos. The couple looked simply magical and stunning in their photos, and we want to personally thank them and congratulate them on their engagement!
